My name is Emma, Squirm, Chava Avigdora, take your pick.

 In May of 2021 I graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Art Education. My main media is autobiographical comix, many of which are based in reality and then take a grand leap into the unknown. I live and love in the city of Chicago.

    Urban agriculture, natural regeneration, relationships, modern religious and cultural Judaism, the food service industry, mycology, collective liberation, and envisioning a new world post-capitalism are a handful of concepts queried in my work. I've always got new comix and collaborations in the works and am happy to share them!
